The P6200 P6300 P6400 oscilloscope probes are suitable for all digital and analog voltage detector test circuits. The oscilloscope probes, with 1x or 10x attenuation switches, are suitable for oscilloscopes with bandwidths up to 200MHz, 300MHz, and 400MHz respectively. Interchangeable probe tips of corresponding widths provide high sensitivity, excellent performance, and reliable function. Mini grabber clips help identify different channels.

Attention: The P6020 oscilloscope probe has been discontinued, please choose another model. When choosing an oscilloscope probe bandwidth model, it is recommended to choose a model higher than the oscilloscope bandwidth.
